About the Founder
Nuno Martins specialises in building and scaling customer operations that actually perform. From international environments such as FreeNow (now part of Lyft) and easyJet, he has led teams, structured processes, and implemented systems that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the customer experience.
EffiMind was created to bring that level of execution to companies that are tired of vague consulting and want measurable outcomes.

FreeNow: As Regional Director of Customer Service, Nuno built a Customer Service Hub in Lisbon from scratch, leading a team of +150 FTEs and managing operations across multiple European markets.He structured operations across Office Management, Workforce Management, and Training and Quality, implementing KPIs, SOPs, and tools that improved efficiency, reduced costs, and strengthened team performance across both remote and on-site environments.
easyJet: As Team Leader and Operations Manager, Nuno worked across multiple European markets, leading frontline operations and supporting B2B and customer service functions.He focused on improving operational consistency, coaching, communication flows, and service delivery across channels, including social media.
