Welcome to EffiMind Consulting. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services Provided
EffiMind Consulting offers business consulting services, including but not limited to:
Development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Customer experience optimisation
Business process improvement
Individual mentoring, one-off solutions, and subscription-based advisory services
2. Fees and Payment
Mentoring Sessions: Individual sessions available at €100 per session, payable in advance.
One-Off Solutions: A flat fee of €400, payable upon delivery of the personalised implementation plan.
Monthly Subscriptions:
For a subscription of €600/month, enjoy two monthly meetings for continuous support and follow-up. Together, we define the goals you aim to achieve in 3, 6, or 12 months. A minimum commitment of 3 months applies. Payments are made monthly in advance, and cancellations must be requested at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
For a subscription of €900/month, enjoy four monthly meetings for continuous support and follow-up. Together, we define the goals you aim to achieve in 3, 6, or 12 months. A minimum commitment of 6 months applies. Payments are made monthly in advance, and cancellations must be requested at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Payment is due before the commencement of services or at the start of each subscription cycle.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled with a minimum of 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
Refunds for services already rendered are not available.
4. Client Responsibilities
To maximise the value of our services, clients are expected to:
Provide accurate and timely information necessary for service delivery.
Be available for scheduled meetings or notify us at least 24 hours in advance in case of rescheduling.
5. Confidentiality
EffiMind Consulting commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Likewise, clients agree not to disclose any proprietary materials or strategies provided by EffiMind Consulting to third parties without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
EffiMind Consulting will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Clients assume full responsibility for implementing recommended strategies and the outcomes thereof.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, and tools provided by EffiMind Consulting remain the intellectual property of the company and are intended for the client’s internal use only.
8. Modification of Terms
EffiMind Consulting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.
